ABOUT AMALA

I support those on the path of spiritual awakening, integration, and wholeness. For over a decade, I have lived deeply in a field of self-realization, witnessing profound inner work in myself and others - through awakening, soulful crisis, and the reclamation of our essential nature.

My work is rooted not just in insight, but in presence. In our sessions together, I listen deeply, attune to your field, and help what is hidden or fragmented come forward with compassion. Whether you’re navigating new awareness, feeling drawn to reconcile parts of yourself, or simply seeking to reconnect with what is most true, I offer a space for clarity, healing, and integration.

This is not therapy or traditional coaching. I offer dedicated, intuitive sessions where the real you can emerge more fully - in a field of stillness, deep listening, and subtle resonance.

My devotion is to the sacredness that lives in each of us, and I am honoured to witness and support the unfolding of your own heart’s truth.

Love & Gratitude

love and gratitude...

Spiritual Father

Boundless gratitude, timeless love, and deep respect to my spiritual father, Moojibaba - for breaking the spell, reminding me of who I am, introducing me to true life, real peace, unconditional love, and uncaused happiness, and tirelessly guiding me back to myself.

To both my earthly parents, Lawrence and Peggy - thank you for your love, your kindness, and your unique contributions to this life.

Carefree couple

Veneration to all the masters of past, present, and future - with special mention of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, whose book I AM THAT compelled me to go deeper and led me to Moojibaba, and to Byron Katie, who showed me that freedom from suffering arises the moment I stop believing my thoughts.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

There must be love

in the relation between the person who says ‘I am’

and the observer of the ‘I am’.

As long as the observer, the inner self; the ‘higher’ self

considers himself apart from the observed,

the ‘lower’ self, despises it and condemns it,

the situation is hopeless.

It is only when the observer (‘vyakta’)

accepts the person (‘vyakti’) as a projection or manifestation of himself,

and so to say, takes the self into the Self,

the duality of ‘I’ and ‘this’ goes

and the identity of the outer and the inner,

the Supreme Reality manifests itself.

-Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
